About me
I am 61 years old, will soon be 62. Have 2 adult children, I like them very much. I weigh 253, 5′11″, started about 257-258 at 1/1/09. Current plan is 2000 calories daily, 3 sessions of sit ups, 5 sessions of lifting 30 lb dumbells, shallow knee bends, and walking 2.5 mi in 45 minutes. Have some problem with one knee but expect that to be manageable when I get close to target weight of 210. Want to be at 210 by 12/1/09 to try snow skiing for the 4th time to see if I can get the hang of it. If not, no more snow skiing. Love to play outside and do things children like to do like splash in the water and such.

Welcome to the world of 52DC blogs! Always nice to see new people join in the fun! Congratulations on the weight loss…just stick with us and you will be at your goal. Sounds like you have something to look forward to in the skiing!
